The SOund of your Voice On My Skin

The Sound of Your Voice on My Skin
I believe that truth is internal to the individual who experiences it. And yes, I do believe that it is an experience. No one can really tell you what your truth is and how you will find it, or in what way it will come to you. I think that over the course of time, or over the course of our lives, we become better at discerning our truth, especially when we become better at stilling our beings in order to hear it.

Although I believe truth to be personal, I also believe that truth can be a shared experience. I believe that we are all connected in that great ocean of primordial ooze. In this manner, I believe that truth sometimes arrives in our life from hearing or sharing in the experience of contact with another. In being most fully who we are, we give others permission to do the same. Perhaps my willingness to allow the skin that covers me to be removed will allow others to remove their veil as well. If the veils can shift and shimmer, then the places where the worlds touch are revealed.

There is a Borderland that occurs where the space between two individuals shrinks with intimacy. The coming together of two individuals for the purpose of sharing their intimate beings has the capacity to transform the energy and space around them, as well as within. Love, its embodiment, its transformative forces, and its source, are in many ways the underlying thread of my life and embodied work.
